Thank you. I can see the product licenses that I purchased. However, the problem is that I cannot click them and be taken to the products. I can see that they are purchased. I cannot, however, view them.
I can't get beyond this same point. I bought an individual race, Tabaxi. I can see the product SKU, Source Material, and the price I paid for it, but there is no way to access it. When I go through the Game Rules tab at the top--to races--and choose Tabaxi, it brings me to the purchase page again. When I go into my character builder to look for that race, it's not there. PLEASE HELP!
Several questions for you, designed to help sort this out:
what is the SKU for the Tabaxi race you purchased?
from which source did you purchase it?
if from Volo’s, do you have “show legacy content” turned on (red) on the race page of the builder?
have you checked to see if your entitlements are in sync? (See link in my signature)
When I search for just "Tabaxi", there are two matches with "Races" written under them. One has "Legacy" text next to it, another does not. I have license to see both, but presumably if I didn't, it'd open the purchase page.
The SKU is: SIT-00085. I searched races and chose Tabaxi. I then bought just that item for $1.99. When I use the "Check your entitlements" I am brought to the Marketplace tab and I see the same info. The only link available is to view my receipt. I believe it was from Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse.
When I go through races I only see one Tabaxi option. It seems to be through Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse. I don't see any option that says Legacy.
I think I might be done with D&D beyond. It's hiding the stuff that I've purchased. I have to search my order history, then search the sources in a separate window.
I've looked high and low for the purchased filter on the marketplace. This is especially frustrating for Tyranny of dragons, that has 3 difference licenses and if I click the wrong source it asks me to purchase again.
I bought the 2024 Core Ruleboook Bundle Preorder, but only got the free stuff from the PHB, the other preorder perks are nowhere in sight. I get that I may have to redeem a key to get them, BUT HOW DO I FIND THAT?! please help

Only the PHB pre-order bonuses have been released to date. If you bought the bundle through the D&D Beyond marketplace, there's no code to redeem, the book will be added automatically to your account and can be accessed once it releases

Okay, thanks. That's really helpful, I was worried.
Wow, so glad to hear that I'm not the only one that thinks this is ridiculous. I "purchased" some free items and was surprised that I couldn't easily find them. So glad that I didn't spend any actual money on it. Absolutely laughable.
